Sunday May 30 Fly in to the western Montana airport at Missoula to catch your ride to a historic Montana town and settle into your more than 100 year old Hotel. Wander the picturesque town and meet in the evening for drinks with Geoff and his band for a night of music and local beer.
Monday May 31 Drive with Geoff and the band on a scenic highway through the wilderness to a beautiful waterfall. We’ll have time for a photo op before we continue on to a working sapphire mine to pan for your own sapphires. Visit a beautiful 19th century mining town and have dinner together to end the evening.
Tuesday June 1 Head to the site of a natural occurring hot springs to enjoy the 102 – 106 degree pools. Bring your swimsuit and jump in or sit and enjoy the natural alpine surroundings. Geoff will lead those adventure seekers and horse lovers on a 2 hour trail ride. If horse riding isn’t for you, you can stay and enjoy the pools with Kieran and other musicians. We will have time for both activities for everyone. End the day with a steak dinner together
Wednesday June 2 Geoff and his friend Art Cedar will take everyone out to visit Big Hole National Battlefield which was created to honor the 90 Nez Perce who fought and died in August of 1877. Then we will continue a day of history by visiting an incredibly well preserved, true, old west ghost town and the site of Montana’s first major gold discovery in 1862.
Thursday June 3 Go Hiking with Geoff or shooting with Kelly Gray. The choice is yours…Do you want to hike the pristine wilderness or head to the firing range? Either way we will end the day with Kieran Robertson leading us on a small town brewery crawl. As we always warn… don’t try to keep up with the Scottish when they drink!
Friday June 4 We will spend the day getting to know some local wildlife by private tours at wildlife facilities. After lunch we will head to our evening spot to have a campfire, food , music and marshmallow roasts. Geoff’s friend Art Cedar will be there to share some Native Dancing.
Art is a traditional dancer in powwows all over the country & Canada as well as a traditional man of his sacred & ceremonial ways of his bloodlines…
Saturday June 5 We will attend a local farmers market in the morning to do some sampling of local food and shopping for local crafts. We have a private tour of a historic mansion and then off to soundcheck. In the evening you will attend the acoustic show of the entire Empire album on a tiny town stage where you will have VIP all access. What a way to end your week with Geoff!
Sunday June 6 Rides back to the airport to head home after your wild west adventure.
